What a fantastic auction! Last week saw the coming and going of the Winter 2014 Raleigh Classic, our second and final car auction for this year, and all-around good time for everyone who attended. People came from states all over the country to swap stories, compare collections, bid on classic vehicles, and enjoy an event that’s become a tradition in North Carolina and the South.
We want to thank each and every person who attended this event. Your presence and participation are what make each Raleigh Classic special. As much as we love to put these auctions on, they wouldn’t mean anything if no one showed up. Therefore, thank you; we appreciate it greatly.
That said, we also have to thank our wonderful staff who worked so hard, often months in advance, to make an event that runs with professionalism and character. So many hands helped at this event: those detailing cars, those recording sale information, those serving as greeters, those up on the platform, those who remain in the background, and of course our talented auctioneers. We couldn’t be more proud of the event we just had. Thank you, as well.
We hope you enjoyed the event, our real-time Twitter and Facebook coverage, and these blog posts that led up to it. We encourage you to browse through our blog archives for a wealth of information about classic cars; it will prepare you for future Raleigh Classics. Also, follow us on social media to stay informed of developments as we prepare for our next auction in 2015. Head over to Facebook to see our photo album of the event.
Thank you again, and if you bought, enjoy your purchase.
